Hello and welcome Pinkhelp. I have 3 active sons too and I am due around February 23. I don't know gender yet as I am just 6 weeks pregnant, and I haven't decided yet whether to stay team green or do blood test/scan. Right now I just pray and hope that this pregnancy will last and that my bean is healthy. I worry less and less about the gender. Maybe I will think more about it when I have passed the first 3 crucial months and can relax more.

Hello ladies. Anyone who has continued their cardio while pregnant? I have lost all my good condition (and gained 3 kilos) after only 3 weeks without cardio. I am now short of breath just after a little walk at the stairs. I miss my daily cardio routine (dance and power walk in forest with dog) but I am just so tired and cannot get up early like I could while I was swaying.
Pinkhelp, team yellow is finding out before birth. Will you be finding out?
Dreamsister, I dropped cardio pretty much as soon as I got my BFP. I've had zero energy to exercise. lol I don't eat much but I've gained 17 lb. already. Eek!

Had my NT scan today. All went well!! And just one baby. I couldn't tell if there was a nub ever in what she showed me (she had the screen turned away so I couldn't watch the scan) and I don't see anything in the pictures I got. So I'm not sure if it's worth posting them in the ultrasound gallery....

Raezodal I think I may be able to see 3 lines between the leg on that last picture . I could be wrong though

It's worth a shot. I wasn't sure if there was a nub in mine. Got the best respone asking if there is a nub or not. People asking if boy or girl don't seem to get any responses also put down how many week it was taken
