Can you guys tell me if I'm looking at the position of the baby or placenta? Bc they are opposite of one another.
Also is the right of the picture actually left or right?
I've read different places say with a transvaginal ultrasound it's not mirrored image and read other places say that it is.
So confused now.

I'm only driving myself nuts bc I just want to know so I know how to read it.
Yeah I'm gonna do harmony or panorama. Besides finding gender one of the main reasons is bc I'm over 35 and want to be screened for possible chromosomal abnormalities.
When do you get your results back?

To answer your questions, you look at placenta, not baby. It is your right, not necessarily how it looks in the pic (altho sometimes pictures are flipped) All the other things depend on the tech that did the scan, what setting their machine was on when they took the picture. It is possible for them to take one pic, flip the setting over, take another pic from a different angle (I have a set of ultrasound pics with one of my kiddos where they did that, they're flipflopped 2 one way, 3 the other) Sometimes it will say on the picture itself but other times it won't.Quote:

The said 10 days, but idk if it's business days or any old day lol if is business days then by oct 6th. I have heard their good about getting that results early but that being said they go to my doctors office, and they are notoriously well known for calling days and days after they actually get the results :/Quote:

I just asked my RE whether on a transvaginal the image is mirrored and he said it is.
So I'm really confused now.
