Healthygirl- you can have it done at 12 or 13 weeks as well.
Thanks Junie. I still don't know if I want to find out gender through blood test.
Is the earliest you can find out through ultrasound that's predictable at 14 week or 16?

I did something stupid yesterday and took the intelligender test. I thought it'd be fun and a way to distract myself from being set on a girl. I was actually hoping for a boy result to kinda start working out these GD feelings. Well, it said boy and I'm crushed. I know it shouldn't be taken seriously but part of me thinks this is a sign that I should just get used to the idea of 3 boys. I go to my regular checkup tomorrow and I want to ask for the panorama but I also feel like just leaving it alone at this point. Imagining a girl was so much fun and now I feel like I can't visualize anything without getting sad. I did schedule a gender ultrasound for 14 weeks so I'm just going to try to keep myself distracted until then. I know there's nothing wrong with 3 boys. In fact, I see 3 boy families and I smile. I bet they must have so much fun together. I just didn't imagine not having a girl, although I admit to being scared of having a girl. My feelings are everywhere right now.
Totally a ramzi boy. Right posterior implantation and right sides ovulation too. Obviously mine could still be a boy but yes. Ramzi isn't 100% by any means.Quote:

Man covered, just reading your reply made me cry. Knowing someone understands how I feel is awesome. My husband was completely blind to my disappointment. He truly doesn't care if it's a boy or girl and I wish I could be the same. He's always said its a girl and with this he said "oh I guess it's a boy then" and just went about his day.
BabyPink~ just to lift your spirits a little... I read the reviews & those test almost always say boy! It's like thier default or something!!
I told myself I'd just let the boy result sink in but I've been doing some research online today and have seen that it seems to really be 50/50. I had previously seen it was about 70/80% accurate so I guess it's still just as likely right as a coin flip. I think what I'm most scared of is that if and when I hear it's a boy I will truly be shattered this time. I wasn't with DS2 so I figured it'd be the same. But this time feels more painful.

I'd call around elective us places and see how soon they'll take you. I had an ultrasound at 14 wks in an emergency situation and was obviously boy - even at 14 wks the tech said she was 100% positive lol

Bobster- where are you. From reading harmony I don't think they tell gender but the maternityT1 test does although they seem the same so not sure why or maybe they just don't list it or I'm blind lol
Babypink- do not believe those intelligender crap tests def. Not legit.
Anytime after 10 weeks. I wouldn't trust any 14 week scan. Have had friends flip flop boy/ girl from early scans. I'd wit for 18+ if I really want to be sure or the blood test.
Hopingfor4- congrats! 3 big bros that's awesome! My dd came along first but if I have one now she'll have a big sister and 4 older bros:)
Hitmebaby, we definitely Dtd mutiple times prior to O but since we were using spermicidal Id guess we conceived on or after O.

Pink I can completely relate to how you feel. Every time I have a thought about getting a dg I feel bad for having hope as I know this will be a boy. 3 of a kind is definitely special though. Maybe talk to hubby about how you feel to get some support from him. I wouldn't trust those tests, so many opposites and if it were semi reliable the medical profession would be all over it by now!

I am loving avocado, tomato and cucumber mixed with salad cream and stuffed into a pitta at the min. I have it almost every day. Cheddar and pickled beetroot sandwiches are another favourite.

How does everyone get the cute pregnancy tickers in their signatures? I made one on the bump, but when I copy and pasted the html just showed up, not the ticker? I feel like I need to begin looking at this as a pregnancy and not waiting for something bad to happen! I got to my appointment (with a full bladder) to learn that the tech had a family emergency and had to leave right away. Fml. So I am trying to get squeezed in at the hospital... It's not looking good and my bladder is gonna explode :(
