They say it makes ur labour easier. And helps with second stage of labour. Pushing stage can be shorter

I started taking it last week. 2 cups a day,steeped for 15 mins. It gives me couple of bh but not too bad

Thanks ladies!! Guess I need to get some then! Can I just get it at local supermarket? I've had BH throughout my pregnancy and I thought it started early for a FTM, so hoping that's a good sign too!
