1) start trying to do the 1hr a day of exercise (but not sure i can fit that in as both I and DH have long commutes and he works long hours)
2) reduce to 1200 cal
3) canx attempt
4) hope its a blip be super good no lill slips and check weight on sat before 1st attempt?
