Hi, LolalnLove, I've just read your post and smiled) it's so cute!..I wanna share some secrets too)
In "stop-list" for women who are dreaming about the girl, get olives, bacon, salami, other sausages and meat delicacies, fried meat, fish salmon species, shrimps, soft cheese, potatoes, bananas, bread and buns. Conversely, in the diet should include foods rich in calcium and magnesium.
In addition to the above dairy products, it soybean products (for example, tofu), greens (especially salads with small leaves, arugula, spinach, peas, lentils, beans and other legumes, oatmeal, whole grain breads and cereals, cashew nuts, broccoli, citrus....And the simple menu, researchers say, increases the chances of a double!!! So,good luck all of you))
Much of the above advice we are finding to be getting mixed results. I would follow LE Diet guidelines for TTC a girl.
I was very girl diet friendly. Under weight, never ate breakfast, huge coffee drinker, no cereals or meat or salt, loved loved loved icecream, cheeses, etc.
again, just to clarify we are finding the mineral diets are probably not working in the way that people believed at one time. I hate to see anyone dropping full fat dairy when you want a boy because it's so full of nutrients and the fat in dairy is excellent for fertility and sways blue.
When i conceived DD i ate a diet inspired by ayurveda. (I never felt that good!)
Small portions of food three times a day, never a full stomach. I ate all kind of vegetables and dairies, also meat once in a while. I drank lots of tea, always ate breakfast (a small portion of porridge) and had a small bowl with yoghurt and muesli before bedtime every night. I never ate sugar. (But i only had these eating habits for one or two month, in other words not that long at all).
I was also taking Agnus castus (Vitax) without knowing it swayed pink, i just wanted to get pregnant really quick after two miscarrige.
I did lose some weight, i took a lots of power walks, did yoga at home 2-3 times a week and went to a spin class also 2-3 times a week.
I've read that olive oil douche (washing with olive oil) is good for the "freshness" and the environment down there. I have done this for over two years now every single shower, i did it when i conceived DD and during the whole pregnancy.
-My DH is running and lifting weights 5 times a week and has a high body temperature thanks to that. He has done this for many many years now. (About 10y?) He loves diet soda, chocolate and eats a lots of dairies.
DD were night time BD, every single time. O-5, O-3, O-2, O-1 and on the O-day. Always finished with doggy style, orgasm for both of us (sorry!) and i was laying down in the bed for awhile afterwards. Never jump and dump. :)
-And i have always loved salty foods!
I do not recommend any oily type stuff in the VJ. Especially not when pregnant. The body makes its own "stuff" and no need to add oil down there. PLEASE do not put oil into your VJ when pregnant EVER, especially not as birth approaches (which can happen any time after 35 weeks so don't take chances). Risks of infection aside, the baby can aspirate small amounts of oil when being born and that could cause pneumonia and even death.
Not IN, not inside. :suprise: Just wash with it outside, and you don't just leave it there! Maybe douche was wrong word.. Sorry! Some swedish doctors are recommending olive oil to prevent a vaginal yeast infection. I have a few girl friends who also using olive oil in this way.
