Agree with ksmom Girlie, 60 mins cardio in one session. Breaking it up like that may be worse for your sway. If you cant do it continuous have you thought of doing couch potato instead?

Unless you have pcos because then it is beneficial to do some exercise compared to couch potato. Ideally in 60 min blocks but sometimes that is not possible. Maybe check with atomic.:)Quote:

FX for a BFP Princessmom! I also did an O-3 and O day attempt. I feel like it didn't work for me this month but I hope it did for you! Purple just got her BFP with the same attempts. :) I'm testing tomorrow at 9dpo just because I can't help myself. haha
Is mom and princess mom fx for both of you for BFP. I am 5dpo today and tmi but have had tons of white creamy cm for past 2 days. Today I thought I would need a liner it was so bad. I hope it's a good sign. Prayer everyday for us all to get our BFP.

Girlie, as others have said, cardio for pink needs to one uninterrupted block of 60+ min. Breaking it up sways blue, unless you have PCOS in which case any exercise is great. But even then, one big block is ideal.
ksmom, I think those flat temps look very promising, I've seen that happen often in pregnancy charts. Fx for tomorrow!
Momamia, any luck with the rash? I'm sorry about DS3, strep is miserable. Not to scare you, but look up PANDAS; I think I may have developed my OCD at least in part to un/mistreated strep infections, as well as partial deafness, and I have a heart murmur from the most recent time I had it. Basically, just be proactive and make sure the strep is aggressively treated.
