Good luck with your hubby's job interview, @gurly. :fx:
I had my nt scan this morning. Thank goodness the little bean looks healthy so far. For some reason I had a lot of anxiety about that. We did get one nub shot...good luck to everyone with upcoming scans. They are exciting! Here is a link to mine if you want to have a guess...

Well... My GBS infection is back =( My 2 courses of antibiotics have done nothing other than knocking it back and its back in full swing. Its such a concern for me as the midwife and doctors have said this infection is VERY heavy for me to be both symptomatic and for it to show up in urine samples. I'm terrified.. as If you don't get enough worries during pregnancy, now I have to worry about baby getting sick AFTER birth as well... aargh!
I'm already freaked out about having the exact same due date as I had with Lily, my daughter who passed away at 17+5. I do NOT need this... sigh =(

Hugs to you, Tiggerian. And prayers too that you and your sweet baby will be just fine.

Just thought I'd come and post since I haven't really been keeping up on these posts. I had a lot of brown bleeding this morning (a full pads worth) :( I will be 9 weeks tomorrow. I lost a previous pregnancy at 5w 5d and it started the same way so I am very worried. I have an ultrasound for tomorrow to check viability and I'm hoping this isn't what I think it is. I've had a feeling since the beginning of this pregnancy that it was too easy. I got pregnant on the first try with 1 attempt. I haven't had ANY of my usual pregnancy dreams (I had a bunch with both boys). My nausea stopped at 8 weeks. I think my body just knew from the start this wasn't meant to be :( I read 8 and 9 weeks is when most chromosomal abnormalities surface so I'm right on for something like this. I'll update tomorrow. My scan is at 8am so pretty much 12 hours from now...wish me luck!

Oh no kitty, I will keep you in my thoughts
And tiggerian I hope that infection clears up soon

Try to stay positive, Kitty, and remember that brown blood equals old blood! I'm in a due date group on facebook and almost all the girls there have had atleast one bleed - I know its insanely hard, especially after a miscarriage but try to keep your chin up!
I got a scan today at 2 pm (its 11 am now, so 4 hrs) after I called the Early Pregnancy Unit to discuss my symptoms - they want to scan to make sure my symptoms are a flare up of my infection, so it can be treated (again) and not anything wrong with baby. Fingers x'ed that I'll get to see a bouncy baby and a strong heart beat!

Just came home from my scan and little one is perfect =D Just lying there with its little hands scratching its nose lol =D
Didn't get a picture tho - said it was against company policy in the early pregnancy unit =/ my due date has been moved by 3 days, so I'm now 12+2 instead of 11+6 =D
No nub shot that I could see either and its thrown me completely on gender guessing :P got another scan monday so will be closely scrutinising it :P

Just wanted to say goodbye to you all. My NT scan showed multiple abnormalities, and Maternit21 gave a trisomy 18 result. Terminated the pregnancy yesterday.
I'm actually pretty much okay with this, as it wasn't out of line with my expectations for the pregnancy. I am very glad that I already have two healthy children, and I think in a lot of ways our family is better off as a family of four.
I wish all of you all the best, and hope that everyone's pregnancy is healthy!
