Hi ladies, Just finished 60mins TM. Ended up doing 6days this week , tomorrow I'm going to have a day off.
Yesterday I was bad and had an afternoon snack I just couldn't help it, I've been so good and now feel guilty for it. This diet really takes its toll, I'm on week 8 now and getting tired, ohh how much id love to just snack whenever I want to. I know alot of girl mums and when they were ttc they snacked but calories were very low.

I'm still unsure of what I'm doing yet , probably just keep going and skip attempt this month and ttc April. Abit worried that I will have to shut down on exercise at the end of march, we are going away but I suppose by then I would have achieved 8 weeks at 5-6days exercise, and just be really good on diet .
