I am going to start drinking coffee as part of my sway but i don't like it! Can anyone suggest a mild instant brand i can get at Tesco?

i drank too much coffee and black tea with both boys and so my first and my second son's dads. lets say 7-8 cups a day 0_0! But now I see that some ladies got girls drinking coffee! So, you never know for sure, I guess it is better to go opposite then?!
