This site won't let me upload pics from my tablet, grr. My post O temps aren't that similar yo recent charts but I overlayed several others over the past 2 years with steady temps and it's really not that special. Compared to my average it's also not special. Keep in mind I temp at different times so my temps aren't super accurate individually.
Oh tfahn I'm so sorry 😢 but could it just be a random dip? How long is your lp normally and do you normally get a drop prior to af?

LP is anywhere from 10-12 days, and yes I almost always drop temps for a day or 2 before AF shows. I'll be over the disappointment in a few hours but right now it just sucks. I know most people say that the progesterone supplements don't help but now I keep second guessing myself about not taking them. And just recalled last month saying that I would try them this month so I could say I tried everything but didn't follow through with that clearly. just wondering if it would have made a difference. Guess I'll be keeping the RE appt for Monday for the cyst check and to see what he wants to try next.
It definitely wont hurt to do whatever they suggest next cycle imo whether it's got to do with progesterone supps or not. At least then you've tried it both their way and yours. Would you consider eod plus additional attempt at pos opk? I'm just soooo bummed for you right now :( that temp drop is devastating :(

We do EOD already, have been for a year, then usually an extra attempt or 2 at +OPK.
Geez I'm sorry tfahn I must be confusing you with someone else :( I thought you had days (as in 3+) of attempts in a row for the past couple cycles... my apologies

I just looked at your chart as posted above and can see 4 days in a row?? Have you tried just eod with no opks? Just asking out of curiosity? Sorry I cant see any chart link on tapatalk so have no idea what you've done previously only my dodgy memory lol

It works out that ways sometimes, EOD then usually throw an attempt in at EWCM and then extra attempts at + OPK can sometimes give me 4+days of attempts
