It's common in subsequent pregnancies. I was told to stay well hydrated- drink more than you think you should. It also can happen around growth spurts from the uterus expanding. It can also be due to the baby positioning lower in your uterus. I get them every time I exercise. I drink loads of water afterward and make sure to not do too much after I exercise. Easier said than done some days!
