Just wondering what fruit and vege are most Aussie girls sticking too?
I think you can eat almost any fruit and veg you like, some you count cals others you don't. Low cal veg (eg lettuce, mushrooms, cucumber, brocolli etc you can have as much as you like and don't count at all) other veg like corn, potatoes, pumpkin, carrots you count cals but not fat or protein. Fruit you count cals but not fat or protein. The exception is avocado that are best avoided as they are very nutrient dense and high in fat. You can have a little avocado on a day when you need to bump up your fat intake if it is really low.
So basically, eat like a rabbit!! Hahaha.
I ate a lot of chat potatoes cooked them put in the fridge so they went cold, they we're a great snack and addition to everything I ate a lot of them and used mingle seasoning with a lot to :) sweet potato roasted and added seasoning a fillings to was a go to for me :)
Great idea on the chat potatoes - roasted or boiled in the skins ?
Mingle seasonings - these are on my list to try!
I have started my LE PCOS diet path today - easing in slowly - we arent TTC until July so have awhile to go but thought the earlier I start the easier it will be when it counts!
I also ate alot of Campbell's sweet corn and chicken soup lols

So yesterday was a bad day diet wise - bacon for breakfast, and then KFC Wicked Wings and chips for dinner with a large amount of wine!!!
Oh well today is a new day!!
Breakfast - standard coffee
Lunch is chickpea and sweet potatoe fritters with green leaf salad and a bit of dressing.
Dinner - spag bog with pasta
Plus more coffee, wine and Diet Coke.
Just wondering any ideas for getting my carbs up?
