Insurance would cover gender selection? I doubt they cover ivf for someone as fertile as I am though regardless.

I think that might be why I haven't had GD this time like I thought I would, both my babies had some major health issues to begin with so I have always been terrified of losing them. I'm extremely thankful they are fine now, so it really makes me think twice.
I have been looking into HT options already too. I don't think I could do the ivf though... I wouldn't mind trying some kind of sperm sorting though if we could afford it. If you ladies find any info, please pass it my way :)
I don't know our insurance covers infertility up to 10,000 so I guess iVf? But I don't need it so I don't know if the dr could justify it.
Supposedly blue cross doesn't ask any questions...others have requirements. It is really interesting to research!!
Well we have blue cross but id think the dr would still have to code the procedure properly ..
It's always in the back of my mind to do HT but I know it would be at least 2-3 years (bc of nursing) that I would be able to do it
Before diving into ht research I am still holding out hope for my scan being wrong, haha
As long as there are no requirements from BC for going with IVF, the fertility clinic would know how to code everything. I have read forums where ppl with really good insurance paid like $200 a cycle. It is crazy! There are even lists of employers that offer insurance with IVF. Very interesting for sure!! Although I'm not sure if the PGD portion is covered and I think that alone is a few thousand.
So if I donate eggs a few times I can cover most of the cost...hopefully the first round would take because you pay for each try full price right?
