Not sure which thread I am supposed to look in. Do you mean for me to click on the link in your sig?
Also, not sure about payment options.
Sorry for being lost here, I'm very new here and not so great with navigating.

Haha yes it would help if I actually posted it, sorry. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...rt-3-pcos.html
My point really was that I am not even sure you NEED a plan. If you want one, I'm happy to do one and I will bump you ahead, but I feel a little bit like I'll be taking your money for something that will not be a super huge benefit to you (although the coaching would come with it meaning you'd always get your questions answered within 24 hours).
If you were to want to go that route, the link to buy is here http://genderdreaming.com/forum/payments.php
Yes, I'll probably buy one because I will be doing the IUI in June, my nurse said it's ok and that gives me time to wean off the anxiety meds I'm on. I'll buy it when I get back from the store.
Thanks! :)
Since I can use the atomic diet, I suppose the only thing I would need to know about is exercise and supplements. Would I need to purchase a plan for that?
Thanks in advance!
No, I can help you in the forums with that.
The only advantage of a sway plan for someone in your situation is the coaching that comes with it. I would just not feel right accepting your money without you going in with the understanding that much of what we do won't apply to you.
I'd def. have you doing the exercise 60 min. 6-7 days a week if you can.
RE supplements, we have some discussion to do because most people take very little in the way of supplements (we all take folic acid, of course). You may have lowered odds of conception with IUI and I am torn what approach to take, because I don't want you to have to go thru many rounds of IUI to fall pregnant when we can take some supplements that may help up your odds of conception, but possibly could sway blue. What are your thoughts?
Thanks for looking out for me about the money, because as a single woman I do need to save where I can.
Well my plan is that if I don't conceive from an IUI, I will get my eggs frozen. I don't want to do multiple IUIs, not only can I not really afford it but I don't feel like I have the time. I will want to get my eggs frozen for future IVF before I turn 40 if the IUI doesn't work.
I don't mind if the supplements could help me sway blue if it would help my fertility. Thanks again for your help!
Would you ever consider an egg donor?
Just giving it to you straight, your body doesn't know about birthdays and so on and your eggs are in a gradual state of decline from birth on. So really there's not a ton of difference between your eggs at 39 and your eggs at 40. But, all that having been said we're going to just hope that this is an academic conversation and the IUI will work.
What I would do is have you take a brand name prenatal without megadoses of anything, but we will take megadoses of folic acid (I would have you take 2000 mcg and folate is better than folic) and vit. D 1000 IU total (including that in your prenatal). WHen I was TTC at 39/41 I just took Women's one a day, not fancy but it has a wide array of nutrients and already has the 1000 Vit. D in it.
Add in a pregnancy DHA supp and Coq10 (ubiquinol form best) 400-600 mg
If you do not have thyroid problems and if your prenatal does not have iodine, I would add in 150 IU of iodine.
Coq10 should be weaned off gradually at BFP.
Folate continued till end of first trimester then gradually weaned.
Other supps are ok to continue thru pregnancy.
oh and if you do end up freezing your eggs let me know as there are some supps that are ok to take if you won't be pregnant that month. (things that help egg quality but may not be best if you will actually be pg in the same month as egg retrieval)
All right, thanks for the information, I really appreciate it!
Sorry for taking a while to get back, I was very busy yesterday and today.
I have tried prenatal vitamins in the past and they gave me bad nausea. Is there any kind of tips to help with that?
I too hope the IUI just works, I am certainly praying for that! :)
And yes, I would consider donor eggs if my own become unable to be used.
