Hi girls.
Today I had 3 rice wraps for lunch , 2 slices of light cheese and some iceberg lettuce. I also had a skim latte with 2 equal.
Tea time I am having jasmine rice with my vegetable curry.+ 2 serving of lollies .
I ran for 60 minutes this morning which was 10km and I burned 900 calories.
I am feeling really good on the diet so far!!
