I'm glad you got some answers, swish! I hope everything gets back to normal soon - you have af now, so that's half the battle. Now you've made me nervous about taking Vitex and SP - should I assume that since it hasn't affected my cycle dramatically I'm ok?
Z - can you tell from your cm and cp whether or not you've O'd yet?
I don't think I have any cm - there is dampness today but I think it's Aci-jel! It did cross my mind when I took the OPK that it might be negative because although my cervix is still open, it's lower than it was yesterday. I'm thinking we probably DTD at the moment my egg popped - woops!Quote:
