I feel very out of practice now but I love the idea of having a singleton and being more relaxed/confident about it. I'm excited to see how the boys will be with a baby sibling!
Did anyone see that video of the lady who after 6 boys found out the gender of her 7th (a girl) when she cut open a pink cake?!! Her baby has been born and she has uploaded a film of each of her boys holding the new baby and talking about what it means to them to have a baby sister. It's absolutely wonderful, they are all such kind lovely boys and all adore their sister.
Am3a I had one of my shortest cycles ever last month, I tank it's very common for swaying to affect this.
Boyzmommy tht sounds good. I think the aim is for 1500-1800 cals a day, low fat low protein, and avoiding high nutrient foods. It's better for the protein to be coming from plant based sources but lean meats like chicken must be better than red meat? I'm trying to cut out meat completely but still have occasional bit of fish.
How often are people taking Fiber?
And are you thinking of asking DH to abstain or are you planning on frequent release?
