Steph, yes you read right. Atomic does say it's higher odds of conception if you bd the day before pos. However, FF had my ovulation on the Tuesday, not the Monday. +OPK was Sunday night and we BD Saturday night. That's why I felt nervous.
I had a strange thing happen today but, it eased my mind a little. I was in the bathroom just thinking about our possibly low chances when a feather blew under the bathroom door. Very random.
ah I read that wrong. Well I guess you dont know for sure whether it was monday or tuesday that you ovulated and either way you are still in with a shot. Hoping it is your month and you get your boy, we need more good news :)
Hi ladies, I'm moving onto May! I think af will come tomorrow so o between the 16-20 probably. Hopefully this month will be even more relaxed. I think maybe dh won't take the hot shower before attempt and no j&d.

I am also moving onto may! No AF still (4 weeks post surgery). We are bding every 4 days just in case - we might get lucky ;-)

Welcome Abifasc! May is my attempt month too. If all goes right BD time should land on Mother's Day! That is my most relaxed day of the year. So I am hoping and praying it goes like I hope it does. :)

Took another OPK about an hour ago, still negative (grrr) but it seemed close. And that was holding my pee and really dehydrating myself so its probably not really close at all, anyway, will continue.....

I have decided I am a very impatient person. This wait is driving me nuts and I think I am technically only 7 dpo. agh!!! I had some super sharp pains this morning. I would think it is too early for implantation though still. Bugger.

Rosie I think implantation is normally 6/7 dpo so it could well be Oh I so hope you're pregnant!

oh see I always thought the most common day was 9 dpo. I guess it can vary though of course. For me I usually implant around day 9 or 10 so I assumed it would stay the same.
As far as I know 6 dpo is most common Fingers crossed!!

Hi y'all! Just wanted to introduce myself. Kinda been lurking/posting here and there for a few weeks now. Anyway...I'm Jen - 36...DH is 42 and I have three boys 17, 12 and 1.5. Hoping to sway girl this time as it's my last!! (Four c-sections is ENOUGH!) I started the diet almost 2 weeks ago and we are hoping to attempt in June. I guess the hardest thing I'm dealing with is the diet. It's taken a lot of getting used to. Like most of us with boys...I can definitely see why I have three of them. Love my steak and potatoes...and cereal and big macs and...OHH I'm just making myself hungry...LoL. I've really enjoyed reading this thread and I am hoping we all get our DG! OHH and TGIF!
O18e When is Mothers day for ye guys? We've already had ours over here back in March :banghead::mad:

Welcome txmom and good luck! The veggie thing gets easier as you go along. Allow yourself one day a week where you can stuff yourself with meat and then you will find it easier to stick to the rest of the time. I'm veggie Monday to Thursday then relax at the weekend :)
I'm the same steph, it's the only way I can stick to it. On the weekend (sat and sun) I eat chicken each day not a lot and two slices of bacon on Sunday mornings. I just have to get my snacking under control, still no breakfast though! I also eat whatever I want during af, my attitude completely changes and I'm like screw this lol, so two days are free days
Oh and steph, I think I am going to buy a scale.. I know I told you before I didn't have one, I might have even said I wasn't planning to buy one, well now I am

I am on day 3 of my clomid. It didn't get super real until it was time to take it. Anyone a little anxious the last couple weeks before attempt?
Married I don't think a scale is really necessary if you don't naturally have access to one. It just adds another level of detail to obsess over. I never used to weigh myself, only went by how my clothes felt and weighed myself on the odd occasion. Now I weigh myself because there's a scale in the gym. Trying to only do it once a week though!!
You should definitely have whatever you want when in that frame of mind otherwise it could all backfire lol

Omg forgot to say - I did an OPK at 6 and it was totally blank! Had awful stomach pain for the past 24 hours it's all so confusing lol
lol I know I shouldn't but I want to, just to make sure I drop a few lbs before, even if I wasn't swaying, I still wanted to be 160/165lbs by the time I started, I think I am 170lbs now.
Married why not it's good stats for that :)
Ps I have no idea about lbs so no clue lol

Rosie, I am always hanging out for the day to end so I can see that my temp is still rising. So, yes it's driving me nuts as well. I'm a few days behind you. Fingers crossed your pain was implantation related.
o18e, where are you located, if you don't mind me asking. I had anxiety for 3 days before our attempt and a couple of days after.

Welcome txmom I went from eating totally atkins for years to le diet with no meat (bar a few cheats) and surprisingly enough you get used to it fairly quickly. Allow a few cheats and you'll be fine!
O18e our mothers day was 30 March Funny how it's a different date in different parts of the world. Hope you get spoiled for yours!

o18e, ahh, okay. I was asking because that's the same date Mother's day is here in Australia.
daisymoo, I sure hope it keeps going up. Trying not to get my hopes up too much as yet though. So far it's about at the same point as other cycles after ovulation. I've had one other cycle go up slowly the same as this cycle and it didn't result in a bfp. I guess the only sure fire way is to test when it is time. FF has put my testing date when AF is due (12th of May 14 DPO). My luteal phase goes from 11-13 days. I didn't get my bfp till 12 DPO last time. I think I will test on the 11 th when I am 13dpo. Fingers crossed for the perfect Mother's day present :D

Thanks girls for the birthday wishes Ate lots and lots of cake and came home and ate a full bag of giant maltesers! Then yesterday full bag of mini eggs and lots more chocolate and thai chicken noodles takeout. Was still eating at 11 last night! Ok birthday is over now so back on track today. On cd21 and still no +opk this month. Got af on cd21 last month so I'm sure it's around the corner again.
Are you girls doing anything different this month? I'm tempted to start conception vits to help my cycle regulate but I'm afraid they'll sway blue!!
