I found that eating a big breakfast then smaller snacks and meals every 2-3 hours became easier the longer i was doing it. Just remember you dont have to stuff yourself at each meal, just eat enough to be satisfied. Its easy to put bananas in smoothies or pancakes or muffins even on toast with peanut butter (so yummy) so that you dont get sick of them just on their own.

I agree that the regular grazing is an easy way to keep the glucose up, especially on nuts and dried fruit, just a 10-15 peanuts chucked in each time you pass the cupboard should keep the calories good even without a meal:)
waffles, what strength tests have you got?? I got my bfp 8dpo, will you start then!!! That reminds me, I better hunt down the tests i used and get some more in for when Davy eases up off the booby lol!

Waffles you crack me up on the bananas I hear ya!!!
I am eating 2 a day. I second Cinss on the smoothie and have one in the morning with Greek yogurt and blueberries or strawberries. Then one at night with cereal.
ELP-I really hope the grazing can help because I really have trouble doing a meal in the am.
Instead for the first 7 hours I am up I have 2 hard boiled eggs, fruit & yogurt smoothie, raisins and nuts and an apple. I know it's probably not enough, but I am not hungry and it's hard to cook something with all the LO's needing things left and right and any errands in the am.
I finally make a meal when they take their nap-usually 3 scrambled eggs, avocado, NYF, cheese, veggies, potatoes.
Then dinner is the banana and cereal. I know I am not necessarily eating as much as I should be, but I am never hungry which has to be a good thing. Before I used to be starving by the time my kids went down for nap.
Anyone just graze in the am and get their boy or know anyone who did?

Nuts and eggs daily are brilliant, they contain as much good fats as a whole meal!

Hi All
Congratulations Cinss
Just back from holidays with no good news for me this month AF arrived the day after we arrived for me and only stayed for 2 days I did a test and BFN so I am hoping against hope that my cycles aren't going to start being messed up. But aside from that, all going to plan I should be O'ing this coming week where myself and DH will be at a wedding in the hotel were we had our wedding reception. So fingers crossed for a September conception and a BFP before I go to Edinburgh for a girls weekend with my mum and sisters
