Your PERIOD can't be late from EPO, your period is late because you ovulated late. If you didn't start the EPO until after ovulation, then your period is late for some other reason and you need to take a pg test ASAP, and if you DTD unprotected thinking you had Oed, you might have gotten pg from later in the month.

EPO is usually taken Af-day before O to prevent it delaying ovulation but can be taken all month long in months you aren't going to be TTC.

Hey AS .. AF started 4days ago thank god.. i must have ovulated late i didnt DTD unprotected either I have ovulated late before but its been a few months now since AF have been on time and ive had exactly 30 day cycle.. really hope doesnt go up and down when i do TTC finding the right ovulation time is going to be really hard im already panicking lol some of the ladies talk about how theyv had confusing results with OPKS :worry:.. Im still taking EPO as i was before alongside with the Fish Oil... Im hoping i do get a nice amount of EWCM from taking the supps and diet because some cycles i have ALOT and some cycles there isnt much there! Would you know what are some of the best signs to look for when were about to ovulate? i know some of us get EWCM and cramping etc.. i just want to start learning about reading ovulation signs like i mentioned before i dont always get alot of EWCM..
