Both vitex and SP can delay O and peppermint tea can also delay O.

Yes I stopped 2 days ago. How long after stopping vitex does it take to ovulate or does it vary? I'm getting concerned that I still haven't gotten a positive opk:(

It varies by quite a bit - has it happened yet???
