Looks like a girl to me. I see three (if slightly squished) lines, and nothing protruding past the body of the baby, like it would in a boy. At 18 weeks a penis would be a lot more obvious. I'm not claiming to be an expert (and I'm not a sono tech!), but I am a midwife and I look at these things fairly regularly. If you were a client in our office, I would say 80% certain it's a girl.

MY doctor told me that 18-20 weeks is ideal for guessing, so I think you can be confident it's a girl.
I'm not an expert, but it looks girl to me!

What did you end up having?? Gotta admit I'm slightly on the fence with this one, on one hand I totally see the hamburger, but on the other, I totally see the outline of a little turtle shot! Anyone else see what I'm talking about??
