I think it will ~probably~ be beneficial to you not to count calories BUT if you are the type of person who just doesn't feel hungry that often, you may need to remind yourself to eat every so often (alarm clock??)

My husband has actually started reminding me to snack. Because he is a big "snacker". So I have just started eating when he eats. He brings me a snack too. He has been really supportive with the delay. He keeps telling me that a May baby would be nicer and blah blah blah so I am happy about that.
The thing that helped me the most was planning my meals for the next day. Since I work full time I wanted to make sure I had everything I needed at work with meQuote:

TWO of my boys are at Christmas time. My oldest son is halfway between Thanksgiving and Christmas (Dec. 9), and I really like that because it's a good starting point for festivities without making the holiday really stretch out and take over the whole last month. Then my youngest son is Dec. 21 and I like that too because it's like, ok countdown to Christmas beginning now!! The birthdays really add to the specialness of it.

Our DD is a November baby and we are always having to pay to have her parties at places and it is so pricey!
