Beadinmum I'm not sure they'd even b beer it seems tha they aren't that worried a all I thought after three loses of any gestation they'd be looking into it and also the fact in 35 ur ment to b referred after 6 months of trying Wi no success :( so what happens if uv low progesterone how do they treat it x

Wow Dazie...I am so sorry.
Low progesterone is treated with progesterone capsules - orally or by vaginal suppository. Its actually really easy to treat & outside of annoying side effects, its very safe. I didn't even have my levels tested this time, I just put myself on it - since my doctor had given me a script "just in case." I know from my history, I need it.
I wish you could see another doctor...I really think its possible your answer is as simple as that, too.
At the very least I would call the nurse & ask for the blood test or even a script for progesterone & use it with your next BFP...it won't hurt, but could definitely help.

Sorry...just seeing this!!!
The side effects...nothing too bad, just tiredness...little bit of lightheadedness...but I took it at night, so it worked out fine.
I've had two early m/cs & bled for all of my babies except this one...but that's probably b/c I put myself on the progesterone. My doctor tested me for low progesterone when I started bleeding for the others....except when I actually m/c'd....if I had had the blood work, I probably wouldve been put on progesterone & wouldn't have m/c'd.
The m/c I had in April was at 5 weeks & a couple days or so.
