My morning sickness had been different, it's hard to say worse or not because first time I felt very very sick for long past 12 weeks, but wasn't actually sick, just awful nausea and meat aversion. The nausea started around week 7 and like I said, lasted till easily 18 weeks.
This time I started feeling violently nauseous from just 5 weeks, that quickly progressed to full on vomiting multiple times a day and night, obviously far worse than with my first, BUT I'm already feeling tons better from before 10 weeks onwards, and obviously this time round I'm running round after a toddler so not sure if that just made it feel worse (we get up at 5.45am every morning blah!!).
I'm very spotty, not just face but chest and shoulders too it's GROSS!
I know what you mean though, I really believe it's a girl so I'm terrified I'm going to fall hard if it's not.
