I'd guess girl as my two boys were very obvious, but I don't see the three lines , could be angle tho. I'd guess 75% girl, 25% boy, lol

I'm gonna guess boy only because both my girls had obvious lines from all angles when we looked but that doesn't mean this can't be girl with swollen parts. GL

BOY!! Our third Ds... It's true what they say.. As soon as you hold them you really don't care about gender.
