Folic acid is best when several small doses are taken throughout the day. That way you always have some coming in and you'll just pee out whatever your body cannot use.
I would give DH a men's over 50 multivitamin but watch out because some of them have herbs in them that may interact iwth his antidepressants. Also would do fish oil and green tea if he's willing to do that. And I would have him release every 2-4 days for max. sperm health.

As I still haven't started my fish oil and all this time just been taking 1 folic acid instead of 5 but been doing the diet though
I think maybe I should do this diet for another month or 2 but then I think I'll never be ready so I should just go for it???aww I just don't know what to do
And don't really know for sure about my ewcm,I mean sometimes it's really good,sometimes quite dry.do u think its best if I go for preseed or give it a miss.as I've read in 1of your other posts that maybe it's good to give preseed a miss because ewcm is way better than that.
I agree that sometimes when it comes down to month of attempt people start getting very scared and finding reasons not to try BUT that having been said, since you haven't been taking many supps, if you are under 35 and have not been gaining too much weight, I would consider waiting till all the ducks are in a row. If you are over 35 and esp. over 38, or are gaining weight superfast on HE Diet, then go ahead and TTC this month.
I'm 30 so age is not the problem yet.but I'm definitely gaining weight mostly because of bananas and snacking all the time with no exercise.i think diet wise I'm doing good,started as ig diet but then shifted to gd diet cos it made more sense and is easier aswell.but all this swaying process is really stressing so just want to go for it and get it over and done with and don't think can take it for another month or 2.but then don't want to regret later that oh I could've done this and that.my main concern at the moment is that I haven't been taking fish oil and folic acid the way I should've and that is because when I started the diet I decided I won't have any supplements,will just do the food diet incase I mess things up with supplements but I think I should've done it.
2 weeks to go now if I try in this month,started having more folic acid and starting fish oil from tomorrow.do u think I can speed up this process in these 2 weeks.starting green tea twice a day from tomorrow too

Yes if you are 30 years old and havent' been doing the fish oil and folic, I would advise waiting.
You actually CAN do some exercise on HE Diet, you can do 30 min. of cardio 4 days a week and also weight lifting. As long as you're good on diet you will not be swaying pink!!! this will help prevent excess weight gain.
