I think palm oil is generally boy friendly were soy oil is bad for you and there for girl friendly. Coconut oil, palm oil, olive oil...I think are all boy friendly. Vegetable oil is girl friendly. If in question google if it's an omega 3 or an omega 6. My soy free vegan butter spread and coconut butters are boy friendly. :(

Thanks for the reply. It's weird b/c in the teddy grahams ingredient section it lists both (soybean and palm oil) as ingredients. I searched google and if I'm reading it correctly, palm oil is a healthier oil as you said (so good for boy sway) and soybean oil seems to be unhealthy, says it's found in processed foods, etc so I assume that is an Omega 6 which is good for a girl sway? If someone comes across this and I misread it, please let me know. Otherwise, I will go on thinking soybean oil is good for a girl and palm oil is good for a boy. Thanks for your help!
Sorry so many of your favorite foods are boy friendly. :(
If say then they cancel each other out! ;). Hahaha

I desperately need an essay on this.
Soybean oil is Omega 6 and would sway pink.
There are TWO kinds of palm oil, aside from Omega 6/Omega 3 profile, one is highly processed and may sway pink, the other isn't and may sway blue, and it's kinda hard to pin it down much beyond that.
Like coconut oil, the good palm oil is a "good" saturated vegetable fat that probably sways blue (there is a little bit of both Omega 6 and Omega 3 in there but it's primarily saturated fatty acids which seem to sway blue). But the palm kernel oil and particularly, the PKO that has been hydrogenated or "fractionated" (and this is the type that generally appears in baked goods like Teddy Grahams) is not good for you and may sway pink.
All that having been said, it's very unlikely that even if the form of fat in Teddy Grahams is the "bluest" form of palm oil that you could ever consume enough TGs to wreck an otherwise good sway. :)
Yes the Omega 6's were shown in studies to sway gender in a couple types of animal, even when fat content was the same if the % of Omega 6 was higher than Omega 3, healthy, and sat. fat they had more girls
Ha this makes me feel so much better! I sauteed some veggies in unsalted margarine last night which is full of soybean oil and I was sitting there thinking "Oh crap, I just ate soy!" which I have been avoiding like the plague! But after hearing that soybean oil sways pink, I feel better :)
For me, my first meal of the day is between 11:00am-12:30pm and I will have a lunch of about 400-700 cals and will have dinner around 6:00-6:30pm and that meal will usually be around 700 cals. I plan to start the intense cardio coming up here so I will have to increase my cals! Eek!
When I was researching soy allergies and such (we avoid soy due to allergies and intolerances) I read that allergist have found that the soy in soy oils/soy bean oils is so refined that there is very little of the allergen (eh-hem soy) in it to trigger a reaction in even the most severally allergic. So soy been oil in food is generally NOT going to count as true soy content. KWIM? And as AS said, in most it is used sparingly as like a lubericant to a machine that may come in contact with the food (like a mixer) or as an oil blend.
Soybean oil has NO soy protein in it and I feel a much better level of data on how it sways than soy protein does TBH.
