Congrats so exciting!
Thanks so much ladies!! I'm so incredibly happy! I wanted to give a bit more info about my sway in case anyone was interested. I know when I was swaying I loved reading sways with TONS of info!
Things I think really helped my sway:
- I was very relaxed during my sway month. I did all my reading and info gathering around 5-6 months before my sway, so when it came to swaying I felt really comfortable with what I was doing and I didn't second guess anything.
- The LE diet: I pretty much ate the same thing every day for 7 weeks.
Bfast- around 8am- 1 cup of coffee with a splash of skim milk and 2 aspertame tabs
Lunch- around 11am- 1 weight watchers white bagel sandwich, iceberg lettuce, cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, and hummus. Peeled apple.
Mid day Meal- 2:00pm- Rice crispy square (the snack pak one), plain white rice with hot sauce.
Supper- 5:30pm- plain pasta with butter, parm cheese, and hot sauce. 1 cup of low cal rice milk.
Night time snack- 8:00pm- 1 can of diet caffeine free Root beer
I drank crystal light all day.
** I ate very little meat and did not drink any milk (except in my coffee). I didn't count my sodium intake but I did try to avoid obviously salty stuff **
-Lastly, I think the one attempt at pos OPK was a huge sway factor for me as I've never just had one attempt for my 2 boys.
Of course, I'm absolutely no expert at all, but I hoping that some of my extra info will help someone get their DG :)
