I just used the dvd and did the 5 mile walk right away. I got a good work out I think! I made sure to do everything bigger and faster. She is kind of weird ..haha. It makes me feel more comfortable though. I really hope I can drop 20 pounds by mid April when we do our 1st attempt!
Lol..she is cheesy. .what I do is mute her and put headphone s on which pumps me up

I am so so nervous about the exercise stats. I was doing great but have not exercised now for almost 2 weeks add my back is still v sore and we attempt next week!! I just hope its enough minus this if we get pg nd I've wasted enough of my fat/muscle away without cardiac x
Yes dreaming, that is the thing - exercise does not exist in a vaccuum, it's in addition to the diet and weight loss. It is NOT exercise in and of itself that is really doing anything, it's the effec on your body and if you can have that same effect on your body (lowering blood sguar and testosterone/estrogen, declining fertility, lower muscle mass, lower body fat) then you can get the same results without the exercise.
