My DH does a lot of corporate entertaining in the city as well so no chance of a diet got him either! I think I can let that go, so long as I do my best. Although, I might be able to persuade him to take some OLE!
I think, no breakfast,no snacking and vegetarian (limiting cheese and eggs) is a pretty good start. One attempt every 4 days (then you don't obsess over OPKs) and an exercise DVD in the lounge every day is a brilliant sway!
You never know, if I get my girl, I might even call her Martha!
Pullout, relaxed (were not trying) and I remember I had no cm, breastfeeding and I'm vegetarian (although I was with my 3 boys) I didn't actually sway but I think all those things ultimately did:)
Yes and I am not trying to call anyone out on that, I just really think that is the number one thing we need to 'fix' before we start pulling down the type of numbers that the blue swayers are getting. I truly believe we CAN get to the 75-80% for pink, and 85% for blue range if we can avoid the pitfals.Quote:

The timing bit I'm struggling personally with as all of my boys were conceived with very few attempts, like maybe 2, one on first smiley opk day and then one the day after. My first two sons were conceived like that as I hadn't a clue when ov happened so I used the digi opks and the third because I was aiming for o+12 but messed up. I know dh can't release daily for days on end and with my long cycles and delayed ov I just don't know what to do as wouldn't bd every other day or few days after af til ov sway boy? Weirdly however all my friends with girls have taken that approach rather than waiting for +opk and going for it like me. Don't know which way to turn with that...Quote:

My hubby is doing everything he can except for diet. Hot bath, tight undies, LR, cal & mag, cranberry, abstain 11-12 days.. So I wasn't daring to mention him do diet lol. I just felt bad and couldn't lol.:wink:
My last DS was a failed sway. It was a strict kitchen sink style and I think the stress swayed blue, plus we bd thru o. That was just a few years ago and there's already new stuff that seems to be swaying: intense cardio, alcohol, one attempt, and a more mary-lifestyle is what I'm adding to my sway this time and dropping vitex, sp, timing, and frequency. Plus a plan by AS of course!
