I think you might have released a second egg. I know supposedly that it Isn't possible to release 2 eggs days apart but it has happened to me! From charting I know my temp usually rises after the first egg, just like yours did. Then I often have another LH surge followed by another round of O pain. Like you, my O pain usually lasts several hours but months with 2 eggs, the secondary O pain, if I feel it, can be briefer. Usually if it's much shorter/milder it means I Oed from the opposite ovary. For whatever reason my right ovary is much more painful, it's also my dominant ovary. If both eggs came from my right, the O pain is really bad and can last days if it overlaps.
