I actually have not been very good about the exercising. I don't have a gym to go to, and I have trouble motivating. I have only been doing arm weights and push ups about once a week :oops: I will try harder, I will! I need to start swimming, too.

I would say (hopefully to motivate you! not trying to make you feel bad or guilty!) that it's ESPECIALLY important to lift weights if you find yourself losing weight on the Boy Diet because if you lift weights, you can help maintain that muscle mass and maybe even build some. Otherwise your body will burn both fat and muscle.
Okay. I will do more. Is it too late? I would O around October 10th-ish, if my cycles stay the same, which is about 2 months from now. If I don't lose any more, and I gain some by then, will it be okay? or should I push my attempt back? I really want to go for Oct.!
No, it's not too late at all.
I wouldn't push back my attempt yet, just redouble my efforts to hold where I'm at or even gain a couple pounds back while lifting weights.
