Hopefully atomic can answer your question smar! Not sure if longer on the diet would sway better than just a mirena removal although u would have been doing diet like 5 weeks now. Have u not ovulated since mirena was removed yet? X

I would definitely wait the full 12w, as diet sways more than coming off BC.
Thanks ladies! I'm freaking out! I haven't "felt" a thing since iud removed. I had a period the week before removal and then bled for 6 days immediately after removal....then, this weekend I started having funky spotting..thinking this should be my normal time to start..but, again, not a single symptom of ovulation. I even commented to DH about how I felt like I didn't have a uterus. As women, we normally can tell where we're are in our cycle and I felt nothing. Until this funkiness started

I'd try to catch the egg. there is NO benefit to tracking cycles, it's an old outdated idea that hasn't helped.
My advice would have been to start diet before having Mirena removed, though.
My crystal ball is in the shop so I really can't say if Mirena w/out diet is better than diet alone. Not enough info.
Ok. I have wondfo strips being delivered on Thursday.

Oh, and I hope I didn't miss the egg. Hoping my lack of symptoms means I didn't

Oo good luck smarston! X
good luck!
Here's a question, if I am going to try and catch my first egg, would it be better to leave out the FR and to boost the chance of catching it or is it still ok to do FR? X
Are you getting off birth control or???
I don't think any of the frequency patterns are working. I think all they're really doing is cutting odds of conception without bringing much to the table.
