Thank you! I read it. For 15 years I stayed away from cheese slices.... And now, I eat grilled cheeses made with margarine and processed cheddar. I have been better at getting the cals lower and fat lower.(except easter dinner- I opted to eat the tiniest piece of Turkey, but so many saucy/cheesy casseroles that I know it was a high fat dinner and I won't even mention desert lol
