I see you are on your phone so I'm not sure if you can do it using Tapatalk but if you can click on the other members forum name it has a link "View Forum Posts" and then you might be able to find the other post Atomic replied too :) Hope that helps (I need to try Tapatalk sometime to see what it is like, and if this is even possible!)

While 4 attempts was a bit better I think that was a fluke (because most of the people who did that were on Clomid) and it is ALSO not going to necessarily help you conceive because O can be totally unpredictable on Clomid - you may O really super late and then that ends up being tons of attempts and DH could be shooting blanks by the time the egg shows.

Best odds of conception under any circumstances - SMEP If you are ready to get pg, do SMEP. Don't do frequent BD thru O or even plan for lots of attempts around O because you may O late!!

The research I found prior to posting the question was confusing on my end because it was either from 2011 or because many of the sways posted don't go into the best detail. It's nobody's fault, I was just trying to clarify because that day was really out of hand, should have been more patient really. :/

i try to answer all questions in the forums to prevent the state of affairs on the other sites where there are so many unanswered questions. It just makes it easier on me when people meet me halfway, that's all. :)

How do you all keep going? I am sure that clomid is making me more emotional these days, but I just feel like throwing in the towel. We are in our 5th cycle (3rd round of clomid), I have been exercising 6 days/1 hour for 18 weeks and doing some shape of the diet (not strict by any means) for a year now. We did 1 attempt the first 3 months and 3 attempts last month. Planning on every 4 days, plus 1 attempt at either opk or trigger shot this month. But even with that plan, I feel like it is a waste of time, if I am completely honest. I am 38 and have a low amh. I am burnt out and even starting to wonder what I am doing/why am I still trying when my cycles are so messed up from clomid. Yet, the desire for a dd makes me sad to decide to not give it one last shot.

Sorry, just heeded to vent to people who may understand.

Just wanted to pop in and say that I had what I thought was a 8 day LP but it turned out that I did not ovulate. I even got a +OPK. Clomid really backfired for me!

You guys have me second guessing Clomid - im waiting for my appt with the obgyn and was hoping to get it.
