4 is showing best results. 3 is probably better chance of conception. It's up to you!

Between 1200-1600 mcg (that is MICROgrams, not milligrams) For best absorption you'd take smaller amounts a few times over the day, so 400 morning noon and night, that kind of thingQuote:

Not necessarily, although I would not push him to do daily release in between (may lower odds of conception too far)
2-4 days release is pretty much the same. So if he had to clean the pipes once in the meantime, no harm done
