You usually want the 3 attempts in after your opk is + but having 3 attempts in your fertile window is great!! Most women get preggo from the day before O... At least that what I've heard... Fx & GL! :)

THe only reason I say 3 after pos OPK is because so many people want to stick with Shettles. Not because that is the only way to get a boy! I can guarantee you I"ve conceived boys with very similar BD patterns to that, Fox!
