These are identical twins, so they don't run in families and clomid has no effect. It's a random act of nature when the egg splits... 3 in 1000 apparently!

Got a 16 weeks scan next week. Hopefully I'll be able to have a peak but doubt they'll tell me anything this early.

Thinking about you 1more. How did your scan go? Did you get any good photos or a better indication of gender? I'm still hopeful you are having girls as I can't tell anything from early ultrasound photos.

Thanks Japes. They have been confirmed as two little boys. So 4 little boys for me! Xx

Oh 1more such mixed emotions. Obviously identical twin boys are going to be an amazing addition to your family but it isn't the family you had planned. Wishing you a happy, healthy pregnancy xx
