I'd wager you aren't eating enough. If your head is spinning and you feel unwell- add more calories. Most of us use the "myfitnesspal" tracker on a computer or phone to make sure we're meeting the minimums every day.
1500 calories, 40 grams protein (without including fruits or vegetables) and 30 grams fat are the absolute minimum for the LE diet for nearly everyone. If you aren't reaching those numbers, TTC isn't safe and you may not even ovulate.

No! No other supplements or herbs with clomid.

Ok cool. I m relaxing now. Just taking my folic acid. Got af one day late. Usually i m pretty much on same day. So vitex didnt mess up. I hope clomid helps me get my girl. I m planning bding every 4 th day. Hope it helps.
So i was on le diet was taking supp but now just swaying on clomid. Whats the chances of girl with clomid?
Very good on Clomid and LE Diet. As good as it gets. :) It will never be 100% but you are on target for a good sway.
