Rice doesn't have much protein? Nor pasta, not really. I think as long as you're cutting down on really nutritious protein rich foods like salmon and chicken, while eggs and healthy beans etc, that that's the main thing. You have to eat something :)
I don't eat meat. Even before swaying. Or seafood.
