You can help your body to ovulate when you want to in your cycle by sleeping in total darkness until you want to ovulate. Then put on a nightlight, open curtains, etc. for a couple of days. So if you want to O on cycle day 15, turn a nightlight on before you go to bed on CD 14. This helps mimic what the moon naturally did for our cycles and it has been shown to be pretty effective.
