Honestly, the night we were supposed to have our attempt last cycle (it didn't end up happening anyway), I ended up getting stomach cramps and diahrea. I know it was because I was panicked about the whole thing. That very well could be what s happening to you, since you are getting closer to your attempt.
IBS sucks!

youre right ive been tryingt o relax but its hard when you get teh cramps! ;-)
-
haha, yes, "relax" and "diarrhea" are very very far apart in my mind!!! ;)
Hope you're feeling better gizmo!!

cramps are going away but diarrhea/softer poop comes and goes..i wonder if its from the wheat based cereal that i eat (weetabix). anyway, as long as the cramps go im ok, bc i hate being miserable. attempt is in 2 days!
-
If the cramps are gone but poo is still soft, that's ok and in fact may be good for your overall health. In countries where fiber intake is naturally high (they eat a lot of fresh fruits and veg and whole grains, like on the Blue diet) it is normal to have 5-6 BM a day and some research indicates that this prevents colon and rectal cancers.

thats good to know. i m starting to think its a combo of IBS/stress/anxiety and the increase in fiber. like my body has had enough of it. the daily oatmeal doesnt help. the last 2 days after my brkfst i get slight cramps and a very soft poop. and then i had diarrhea againg yesterday after my weetabix. its got to be fiber.
-
Oh shoot, I was hoping it was getting better. Stop the oatmeal or cut back, and focus on something else instead like meat or eggs for brekkie.

i already eat meat AND eggs for breakfast!!! :-) i eat oatmeal to get carbs. or on wkends ill have bagels instead ofoatmeal. anyway..im in 2ww.. thx! as of now no more diarrhea but occasionally cramping now i think which may ALSO be due to not eating fast enough!! this last week before atte, mpt i went hard core with weight training so it could have been my body needed suddenly food faster than "normal." (normal meaning after being on the T/boy diet for 3 mos). i already have been eating about every 2 hrs.
