Whatever pattern you feel will work for you. I usually have people BD that night, the next morning, and then again the following night but just BD as much and when works for you. there is no right or magic pattern, you're just trying to be in with at least 2 attempts around O. :)
I used preseed both times I was ttc. I have two girls. So for me, pressed is a no-go now that I'm ttc boy. Some months I have EWCM and other months I don't. So I'm using Conceive plus this time around.
Totally at your discretion. I got 4 boys and have never touched the stuff.
