Clear blue opk

So from what i read / have been asvised.. There are 2 ways that atomic recommends for blue sway

Eod is every other day.. so my understanding is you bd eod from af as the sperm release leading up to that makes it a blue friendly environment, then u get some extra attempts in around the +opk (not every day around O)

Or

The plan you already have of dh releasing every 2-4 days but protected to keep a healthy sperm count then 3 attempts at +Opk.

I spoke to hubby about all this and we have made an agreement to go with 3 attempts - evening of +opk, then the next morning and night.. so we won’t be releasing EOD x

Thanks Cc5025! I think we will do protected eod (2-4 days) and then the 3 times at +opk. Dh is happy to go with the flow which is great!

You can do it either way but do keep in mind that some of these things may sway blue, but you got girls not because of those things, but in spite of them.

There are MANY MANY MANY things that come in to a sway and we get so focused on this thing or that thing but it's really tons of things working in concert. So you can't assume "this thing swayed pink for me" when it may have been neutral or even swayed blue! :)

EOD is NOT every 2-4 days, just want to be clear that's two different things.

I think you've got it worked out tho!
