Man I needed to reread this thread after Christmas Day and today! I’ve eaten so badly!
Oh you and me both!!! I’ve been a mess because I’ve had red meat three times this month, it’s hard to not be worried about our cheats, but at the end of the day, we are only human! Hope you had a wonderful Christmas!!
