Hi! Just wanted to encourage you and to say that you still have a lot of things to try (higher dose, injectibles, IUI) before needing IVF, so at this point I don't think you need to be worried about IVF. But I'm glad you have an appointment for an RE.
Gynecologists are useful if all you need is a prescription of Clomid/Femara and then you get pregnant. But for anything more complicated than that you should go to an RE.

Ah yes, that looks like it could possibly be something, and looky you had a nicely timed attempt even!!
Keep having attempts too because I often see this pattern where there's a dip and a raise, then a dip and a raise, and then eventually one of the dip/raises turns out to be legit!
Weird results today.... top is clinical guard opks and bottom is wondfos. I also took a wondfos test this am and at first there wasn't a line... now (5 mins later) there's a line. Thinking a possible dye run bc my temps are just too low still. Thoughts?Quote:

Is the bottom not a pregnancy test???
Is your question "why am I getting neg OPK and pos pregnancy tests" and that I do know - it's that very early on your OPK won't register as pregnancy tests and the HCG tests will so that doesn't seem unusual to me.
If your question is, "if I'm pregnant why are my temps so low" I agree it could be a faker but it realy DOES look like a positive test to me. Does not look like a ghost line or defective test. Could it be, of course, but also sometimes temps are just weird and do unexpected things. Let me take a closer look at them and see if anything jumps out at me.
I am assuming the bloodwork where they said you hadn't ovulated was done on CD 21?
Let's say for the sake of argument that this latest temp dip was in fact 7 DPO (the secondary estrogen surge or as some call it, the "implantation dip" even though that is a misnomer) You could absolutely BOTH have had a progesterone test CD 21 that indicated you had not ovulated - and I have actually HAD someone have a CD 21 blood test accidentally taken the day she ovulated and it came back with some very weird readings and she got pregnant that month - and be getting a positive pregnancy test now and that dip was teh secondary estrogen surge, if you see what I'm saying.
And I agree that your temps in that case are utterly bizarre and don't support this theory but for now if that pos pregnancy test stays around (which I hope it does) then that makes the most sense to me. The CD 21 test had low prog because it was O Day or O-1 and then you ovulated, conceived somehow, and this latest dip was SES and you could be getting a positive pregnancy test now.
Tested this am and I didn't see a second line this time. I wasn't thinking it was for real bc my temps don't correspond with what would be a pregnancy. My temps are continuing to rise today so that's odd. FF hasn't given me crosshairs for this cycle at all yet, but ovuview did 2 weeks ago and then changed the location of crosshairs again this morning. Possibly ovulating late at this point? Yes I think you may have ovulated late and we had some freaky high temps midcycle that have thrown things into confusion OR it may be that you still have yet to ovulate and we are seeing a stairstep chart that I see sometimes, where an anovulatory pattern has a dip and then rise, dip and then rise, and then finally after 2 or more of those dip/rises, has a legit dip/rise that ends in ovulation. So the temps will tell the tale, DO keep having attempts regularly in case this is a dip/rise thing and not a "I just Oed" thing.
Did you have any symptoms that indicate you just ovualated?
