You need to take that level of folic acid ALL month long and also all through the entire first trimester of pregnancy, and then very gradually cut back to the amount in your prenatal.
I think it would be nice if you could lift weights 4-5 times a week. It will only help your sway and also minimize the amount of weight gain that some people have experienced.
