Yes I do have PCOS. I have lean PCOS so I am not overweight but my hormone profile is consistent with PCOS and I have various menstrual complications as a result. I felt very down about swaying with PCOS. I started off taking Agnus castus and then switched to myoinositol to try and help. But my main focus was trying to keep my blood sugar low - I don’t know how successful I really was at that whilst eating but am thinking the fast between dinner and brunch must have helpedQuote:
